How to completely uninstall Safari Web Browser

To  successfully uninstall Safari from your computer,you need to download the Perfect Uninstaller.(Click here to download free.)

Download the Perfect Uninstaller, install it.And then follow the instruction below:

First, you have to boot your system into safe mode to totally close all running program by pressing F8 at starting it up or by following the link below: How to get into windows safe mode . Then you can use “Force Uninstall” to get rid of it.

Please notice that you have to uninstall at least two directories in order to completely uninstall it for it always has two directories.The first one is  Apple Software Update which always comes along with the installation of Safari Web Browser.The other is  Safari.

Next, please directly find their directories in the hard drive where you locate them,such as C:\Program Files\Apple Software Update and C:\Program Files\Safari,and then right click the directories and select “Force Uninstall” to begin the removal.

How to Uninstall Windows Media Player 11

Usually most of the software you install has an uninstall option in the program menu from where you can easily uninstall the software, but with some softwares like Windows Media Player 11 and Internet Explorer 7 it is not the case.

Recently one of my readers asked me how to uninstall the Windows Media Player 11, which in itself is not a straight forward task as it is does not have an uninstall option present unlinke most of the other softwares.

Performing the steps listed below you can remove any Windows Software updates that have been installed on your computer, including Internet Explorer 7 and any other updates.

Its a quite simple process and do this you will have to open the Add / remove program option from Control Panel.

Once you are in the Add / Remove Program section you will see a list of programs that have been installed on your computer.

In the top section of the Add / Remove program section you will see a small check box saying Show updates click on that as shown in the screen shot below.

Once you have clicked on that scroll down till you see Windows XP Software Updates.

Remove Software Updates

Under that remove anything that is related to the Windows media player 11 and you will have successfully uninstalled Windows Media Player 11.

How to Restore Crashed Windows System By Perfect Uninstaller

Windows System always crashes, 90% of these crash incidents due to corrupted registry entries. Perfect Uninstaller provides 3 ways to restore registry, which supports NT/2000/2003/XP/VISTSA32/VISTA64/WINDDOWS 7, operation process are as follows,

One, Backup registry

  • Press button Backup, backup process is as following picture.

  • Backup finishes, enter the “Restore” interface automatically.

Two, Restore the backup registry

Restore registry when the system is normal.

  • Select one of the backups according to the backup time, press button Registry Recovery on the above picture, Perfect Uninstaller will restore registry entries, reboot your system to effect.

Restore registry when system is crashed

Create a multi-boot system in your drive C to restore registry. If the multi-boot system is created successfully, when you press “Set the restore in DOS”, the button comes to “Cancel the restore in DOS”.

  • As multi-boot system created successfully, please make sure that the backup exist in the backup list, reboot your system, and below picture appears.

  • Press “System Menu”, below picture appears.

  • Choose “Restore registry（DOS）”, the registry backup list will appear as follows,

  • Choose the serial number of the registry backup to restore related registry.

If the multi-boot system is running with errors which indicates your PC doesn’t support multi-boot function. Hence, please download the CD file PUBoot.iso from web and burn to CD. You can manage to restore crashed system with this CD.

A. Burn the launch CD

Download PUBoot.iso from http://www.PerfectUninstaller.com/update/PUBoot.iso

How to burn the CD

  • Install burner and Nero, open Nero, and open PUBoot.iso as follows,

  • Open the file PUBoot.iso, follow picture will pop-up, presses “Burn” to start.

B. Restore registry with the burned CD
  • Set the PC boot device as CD, boot your PC to the following picture, press “Delete” on the keyboard for a while.

  • Press “Delete” on the keyboard for a while, below picture appears, select “Boot”.

  • Select “Boot Device Priority” from above picture, press “Enter” on the keyboard to the following interface.

  • Select “1st Boot Device”, select “CDROM” and exit. Insert the burned CD of PUBoot.iso into the CD-ROM, you will see the backup registry list as following picture.

  • Select the backup serial number to restore the corresponding registry.

Download PUBoot.iso!

How to Uninstall Shield Deluxe 2008

Two directories of Shield Deluxe 2008 are as follows, and the second one is hidden on your PC.

C:\Program Files\PCSecurityShield

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\PCSecurityShield

First, remove the driver programs in the safe mode

  • Perfect Uninstaller has found all files and registry information, press “Next” to remove.

  • Navigate to the directory C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\PCSecurityShield, right click the folder “PCSecurityShield” and select “Force Uninstall” from the right-click menu, Perfect Uninstaller will launch instantly as follows, press “Next” to remove the left files.

  • Perfect Uninstaller has found all files and registry information within this directory, press “Next” to remove.

  • Finished, Shield Deluxe 2008 has been uninstalled totally.
